Returns & Refunds

Every Dusk Studio item is printed on demand, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or color preference. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right with a free reprint or a full refund, at no cost to you. You do not need to send the item back.

To request a reprint or refund, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a reprint or refund where the package is confirmed lost. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout; we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, before they go into production. After that, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days to appear.
