Shipping Policy

All Dusk Studio products are made to order and shipped from our print partners' production facilities (mainly in the United States and Europe). We ship worldwide.

Processing time

Each item is printed after you place your order. Production usually takes 2-7 business days.

Delivery time (after production)

• United States: 3-8 business days
• Canada & Europe: 5-15 business days
• Rest of the world: 10-30 business days

These are estimates; delays can happen during holidays or due to customs.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Items in one order may ship separately, depending on where they are produced.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to change the address once the order is in production.
